I added in 15-20 min mid range cardio 2x per week to my normal routine. I felt the benefits were worth it to me to burn an extra 7-800 cals during my sessions. Plus I felt more rejuvenated after cardio post heavy workout days (back and chest days I added cardio)
Idk if that helps at all, but really up to the OP. I found it beneficial.
Definitely lift...add in cardio as needed. Have you been doing cardio up to this point? If so, continue that with your lifting and dosing clen. Are you doing 2 weeks on and two off or how are you cycling the clen?
