You have to cut ALOT of fat from your abs a month out? Seems like you didn't start your cut early enough. Like above poster said, winny wont burn fat
 
Yeah you need to start at least 12 weeks out from a show depending on your bf% I know a few guys who stay with in 4 weeks of a show at all times..they are extremely rare and you can see full abs year round.
