Clen off weeks question

I am currently planning a cycle of clen and have run into a bit of a wall when it comes to the off weeks.

I had planned to run ECA during the two weeks off between clen cycles but realized that as both clen and ECA hit the same b2 receptors that wont allow them to 'refresh' as is the point of the off week to begin. So running ECA for the two weeks off would essentially waste the next two weeks of clen by not allowing the receptors recharge/up regulate.

I have found so much conflicting info searching various forums

So what do you guys do on your off weeks on clen?

I could run yohimbine fasted for AM cardio, non b2 fat burners...

what about running keto the the whole way through for 4-6 weeks and staying on clen or ECA the entire time? If you have used clen and keto how did it go for you?
 
Or just run keto every 3rd week? so two weeks clen, week three clen keto, week four back to just clen?
 
Hmm, interesting, ephedrine doesn't just hit beta receptors, o believe it also hits alpha receptors as well, so you wouldn't be giving out a break like with cold turkey stoppage, but will still be giving them a break.

You could also run keto with the eca time as well.
 
Anyone got anything? Think I will just run keto either all the way through or start it in week 3, right now its up in the air.
