clen help

I'm at 150mcg right now and i feel great no cramping ,No jitters, Fat is falling off with very little cardio,And strenght is still riseing , Did 115lbs Db press last night for 8 good reps,320 flat bench for 1 rep, Squat is 450lbs x 6. I'm now 234 lbs and 13%BF i was 242 lbs and 18%BF. i'm four days in on my second cycle .this will be my last cyle untill fall because i have football starting in 2 weeks ,And it's problably not a good idea to run clen while playing football .So i will switch to ECA for the season ..
 
One last thing why no coffee. It really helps in the am I am so sleep deprived and to get my self to the gym is a real toll sometimes.

bad to mix the two (caffeine/clen)...sides will increase significantly...i mixed by accident and it was hell for 3 hours...plus its more stress on ur heart...which is the worst part of using clen

strength can be attributed to ur exercise habits...not the clen

also, cardio doesnt mean anything without a diet designed for weight loss

Oh diet is down I eat 1500 calories a day. 15fat,35pro,50carb. I measure every sat am and I weight every am and pm to keep me accountable :). But the thing is I have been steadily gaining weight for ~ 1 month. There have been a few things that changed like I got off birth control (depo) a month ago. Real tired of it and having to take other drugs because of it. Now in dec I had ACL sx gained ~14 pounds in 5 weeks ( holidays :) )When I got the clear to REALLY start working out again lost 5 pounds and since then been steadily gaining.

History- before sx had lost 60 pounds and since I have almost gained 20 back :(

That is why I decided to start clen. I know sometimes you have to be patient, but I have hear othrs say they saw results that first week and sat. I came in 1 pound heavier than last week :(

We have done my fat measure but not in a while. But I can tell you this I was getting dressed for a wedding, last weekend, and was going to wear a great shirt then I discovered I am growing a fat farm on my back :)

I just am getting real discouraged.

My weight did not change for a month,but I was losing fat and regaining my muscle..The reason I know that is my pants were falling off without a belt..After about the 8th week the scale started to drop but nothing drastic.The body can only burn 2 lbs of fat a week at most..Clen will help but it is not a miracle drug.I have changed the cycle from 2 weeks to 10 days then 7 days off,I feel that my body gets used to this drug pretty quickly therefore im doing shorter cycles for maximum response..My off days I take HOTROX now before you all freak on me I do agree for $40 there ae better products in the market but I get them for $8.00 a bottle and they do supress appetite,with no added stims.My vascularity is really starting to come in even when relaxed the veins in my arms are making a comeback (wooooHoooo) and just starting to look harder..
 
I wish my pants were loose. Mine are getting tighter. I will keep that in mind about the weight but my measurements are going up too every week :(

How do you get hotrox for 8 dollars a bottle and can you hook me up?

I live in Rhode Island which happens to home of CVS stores which is a pharmacy that carries all kinds of supplements,fat burners ect..
They have an outlet store called Mark Stevens in Woonsocket all the stuff that they want to get rid of they sell it their
regular price $49.95 72 count only $8.95 10/09 expires but the only problem it is either hit or miss...I go there once a week somtimes they have all kinds of stuff other times nothing..

yesterdays diet and work out. Todays diet the same but was unable to make to the gym but got on the treadmill for 25 mins this am. Will make to the gym the rest of the week. The cardio twice a day started last week. So no way of over training

As you can see my stuff is good so WHAT THE F***? My husband and I think it might be me getting off birth control which is a steroid.

Birth Control Weight Gain

Has anyone else experienced weight gain after they went on the pill? A few years ago, I went off the pill and lost 10 lbs in 2 months (without much change in diet or exercise). But now that I'm back on it, I've gained all that weight back and I have to work so hard for the few pounds I have lost. I've tried different brands - Othotricyclin, Mircette (low dose) - hoping this side effect would change but have had no luck. Does anyone know of a brand that doesn't cause as much weight gain?

Yes I know that but my weight gain has started AFTER getting OFF birth control. I am no longer on it. Now the kind of birth control I was on makes women gain 5-10 pounds a year but it is a steroid. I lost weight with it probably because it is a steroid and I ate clean and worked out. But off now and have been steadilly gaining weight even on clin!?!
 
All you can do at this point is give it time ans allow your body to regulate itself back to normal..Don't give up,you will get there it's just going to take time..

Well that is the thing I talked to the nurse today and she said it could take 6-18 months for my body to get back to normal. If this keeps up I will be a total FAT A**!!!! I am actually thinking about getting back on and then when i reach my goal weight will change to another birth control and then get off. This thing really sucks!! A friend of ours that use to be a national comp in BB and is going to meet with me this weekend and we will decide then what the game plan is. I am just so depressed watching all my hard work go down the drain!!! Like I told my husband it would be like when he use to compete instead of getting leaner he was getting fatter. I want the bekini so BAD!!!

when one is to take clen how much should they work out and how should they diet? i just dont wanna waist my money and do it all wrong
