I'm 6'2, 190lbs been weight training for almost 3 years, intensely with proper nutrition for the past year. Before I started lifting I played football for 2 years taking me from 260lbs at most likely 40-45% BF with ZERO gainz to a decent 230lbs @ 25 or 30% BF. Then jumped into weight training somehow dropped weight down toward 198 range but still high bodyfat percentage? Like how in the **** is that possible?! Anyway 2 years later I'm 190lbs @ 9-10% BF, but still have slight excess skin in lower/mid abdomen section, ****ing love handles/lower back also, and lower pecs. Point is curious toward if supplementing with clen, I know it would eat fat away w/ proper nutrition and steady cardio. Would it diminish the excess fatty areas like my love handles?
