clen dossage?

First of all great service, orderd on Thursday night arrived Monday. My question is hot to dose the clen with the dropper provided. Is on dropper full 100mcg? Also you guys that are experienced clen users what is the best diet/exercise program while on?
 
Don't use teh dropper just go out and get an oral syringe. It's much easier to measure the dose.

Yeah you definintely don't want to just take a guess with Clen. It's strong stuff. One day I accidentally took too much and was on the couch curled up like a baby for 4 hours with the worst headache ever. Learned my lesson the hard way on that one.

might be a dumb question...but where would I find an oral syringe?
