Clen dosing

I've got some clen on me, and am unsure of how to dose it as I cannot read spanish and it seems a lil unclear. It says .02 mcg on it, and that just doesn't seem right at all, and I want to start it today so I can be done in two weeks. Anybody have any idea? The tabs are about half the size of an aspirin tablet.

start at 40 work your way up by 20mcg to 120 or if you can handle it possibly 160 keep it there for a couple of days then taper down.
 
Week 1: 40, 60, 80, 80, 100, 120, 140
Week 2: 140, 120, 120, 100, 80, 60, 40
 
Holy overload I think I'll stick around 100. And uhh....what? You don't want my clen bro it's bad for you! Heart problems and stuff lol ;)

I go 2 weeks, going from 20 to about 180 within that span.
I don't taper down.
 
It's actually .02mg which is 20mcg. So, you want to taper up to maybe 80 or 100 to see how you react to it. I totally forgot to email you back! What happened to all the past emails, they just disappeared?! Weird.
