ok, so im just gonna come out and say it, all of you who read this will probably make fun of me for asking things like this, but it has to be done so i can have effective effects. Ok, everyone says start off your clen cycle at 40mcg. well i have no idea how much 40mcg looks like??? is that like an eye dropper full or what??? im so confused and cannot find any information at all on what 40mcgs looks like so i figured i would come to the place where somebody could help me out, but they could also get a kick out of roasting a guy who is about to take something and hasn't done his homework.. lol... samples of how much 40mcg's is equal to would be so appreciative. thanks guys. and sorry for the ignorance... but ive always been told there is never a stupid question unless it's one that wasn't asked.
 
5'6, 159 lbs, and taking clen? You are going to get flamed.

Anyway, your clen should have something on it that says "Xmcg/Yml". An example would be 200mcg/1ml. In that case, there are 200mcg per 1 ml of fluid. So 0.1 ml would yield 20mcg of clen.
 
No flames from but I would ask the question; why are you even using clen? At your size my first guess that would make any sense is to cut weight quickly for competing in an athletic event at a lower weight class.
 
to be 100% honest, this is not for me, im actually tryin to bulk and stay hard, it's not for me, doing research for a friend who knows nothing about anything like this, thought i would help him out, well i tried to help him out by saying he is a dumb***, but i obviously don't know what im talking about. and by the looks of his bottle, it's just in an eye dropper bottle, no instructions or anything, kinda ridiculous, just curious. but yes, to clarify, it's not for me, i have been small all my life, not looking to get smaller. lol
 
Typically the dropper has two marks on it at 0.5 and 1 ml. If 200mcg is 1ml, then half is 100 mcg. Tell your friend to be careful as may cause heart issues. Slow and educated is suggested.
 
Once you figure out how much your suspension is diluted, Invalid Link Removed is very helpful.

Clen is some strong sh!t especially for some1 that has never takn it.

Sounds like your friend got some research chem clen that comes in a lil bottle, if that is the case Boxer78 has answerd the question for you.
