Clen and Women

bump on this, i would also like to know. My girlfriend is interested, so I would like to know if it is safe or not.

My wife just finished up two weeks on clen. The first day I gave her 60mcg, and she got the shakes pretty bad, so I ended up starting her at 40mcg and very gradually ramping it up to 80. I recommend you just use half of whatever you would start a guy at and then work up from there. She had fairly good results even tho she ate like ****, losing about 5 pounds.

Yeah..but have there been any actual studies done about the affects of clen on a female. I heard on one board (can't remember which) that clen possibly causes an increased risk of osteoporosis...maybe that guy was just full of crap, but I know my girl is interested in clen too so I am interested in keeping her as safe as possible.

I know its very popular on female bodybuilding forums. Don't know about the osteoporosis thing.

Usage is the same as with males. I imagine the dosages will be much lower but this should not be shocking as dosages in males differs greatly from one individual to the next.

it really does depend. One girl I dated was using up to 200mcg, so you never know. Good advice = start low and constantly assess, common sense I suppose. :)

Does it have anything to do w/ bodyweight? Considering that most women are smaller than men...

My girlfriend weighed 127-131 fluctuating and did clen 2 on/off starting at 40mcg's and 4 days later 60 then 4 4 more days later 80mcg's...then she claimed to only have the shakes and no other sides except the occasional hot feeling when doing cardio. She lost around 14 pounds total i believe and so far has kept it off and was happy with the clen and the few sides.

As far as research I have not heard about osteoporosis being a problem in short term usage, i believe it was for long term use or constant cycling...but i have not read it for a while so i could be full of ****.

My wife just did a cycle. We started her at 20 and she still got bad shakes. But after that it wasn't bad as we ramped it up to 100 and back down.
