This is my second day on CLEN and I feel a little shakey and have a headache but I do not have a fever. I am taking 40mcg at the moment and going to up it to 60mcg on sunday. The reason I am posting this is because I thought Clen worked as a fat burner because it raised your tempeture 2 degrees. Maybe I am just shaking the calories off :blink:


By the way this is what my 3 week cycle looks like:
40/40/40/60/60/60/80/80/80/100/100/100/80/80/80/60/60/60/40/40/40
 
I don't think it raises your temp appreciably..just your heart rate. It's like doing light cardio even when you are just sitting down.
 
take some ketotifen or benadryl with it, especially if going over 2 weeks.. keeps you from downregulating your b-2 adrenoreceptor as much.. benadryl downregulates the receptor very quickly.. making it less effective.

Like Bio said check your resting heart rate on it. It will be up no doubt.
 
Nothing tops that story from erowid where guy mistakenly downed like 8 mL of the stuff. Ugh.

ha ha that is how I roll. My pulse is 74, my resting is usually 52, so it is definitley up.
