I have decided to incorporate clen into my PCT in a 7on7off7on fashion. Im coming off of a 3 week SD cycle, and I would love to drop a few pounds of fat if possible, but mainly Im using it for its muscle retention capabilities. I have had great success with clen in the past, I never lose any muscle despite my sometimes reckless diet, which is a true testament to clen imho.
Anyhow, I am just wondering what to expect in terms of weight loss.
And also how many calories I should be taking in.
PCT will be Nolva 40-30-20. Some ATD, trib, DHEA and Thunder
Stats are 190lbs, 6', around 11% bf. I am wondering if I can get away with eating less than on cycle as when I am using clen I routinely skip meals and see no negatives. I hate bulking and the constant eating, so a relative break would be nice.
