Clen and dosages from phoenix labs

not sure if this is in the right section, but hopefully u can help me out. The clen from phoenix labs sayseach millileter is 200 mcg's my question is is an mcg the same as a milligram. what my friend is lookin to do is start with 20 milligrams the first few days then go 40 then 60 etc up to 120 if sides allow. but when i saw the bottle and then measured out what liquid amount it is in the oral syringe, it just seemed extremely small and made me question if an mcg is smaller than a milligram. anyways, if someone could clarify this it would be most appreciate it so i could relay the message to my boy thanks
 
O GOD! Thank God someone replied....you want him to take 20MCG not MGs.....20mcg is a tick on the SMALL oral syringe that came with the bottle!

20mg's would have had you in the hospital real fast...

clen is always measured in mcg's or micrograms.

I have the same product. A starting dose is just *barely* an amount in the oral syringe. Just the smalled "pull" of fluid--we're talking a drop or two.

It's so potently dosed that I kinda wish the seller would pop for a larger bottle and give us a more diluted product.
 
well, truthfully i really dont like him all that much so..... lolol just kiddin. cool thanks for responding. ok i wasn't sure b4 cuz it looked sooooo small in the syringe that i was like "there's no way this is the proper dose" but i guess it really is. cool, thank you very much fellas
 
ok so how does this dosege scheme sound then.....btw he is about 17% bf or so, 5'11" and 185 pounds or so. i was assuming to start low and introduce it into the body at 20 MCG'S for the first few days, then 40 mcg's for the next few days, then 60, for 5 days or so, then 80 for about a week and evaluate if more is needed or if he should stay at that dose depending on sides etc. if needed i would then gradually bring him up until he hits 120 and leave it there for the remaining 4-5 weeks. opinions, critiques.... i don't know much (except from what ive quickly researched) because i have never had a use for fat burning stuff. never needed this. so anyways, this is new territory to me, as i am looking this up for my boy. i'm a hormone guy, so all you fat burners out there dont hate on me lol
 
i get conflicting views from people about it. some have said to go 4-6 weeks slightly increasing the dose as u go along, whereas others say to go the 2 on 2 off method. what is the overall consensus on this?

2 on / 2 off...
 
2 on 2 off increasing the doseages slightly each time u come back on? for example first 2 weeks at 40 next 2 weeks off next 2 weeks 60 next off next 80 etc for what like 8 weeks? is this what u mean by 2 on 2 off poobah
