I plan on startingy first clen cycle in the next couple of weeks and wanted to run it by some experienced people. I am trying to decide the best way to approach it, whether that be 2 weeks on 2 off, or 3 on 2 off with the inclusion of Benadryl or keto. Please let me know what you thank

Clen
Day 1: 20 mcg
2: 20 mcg
3-4: 40 mcg
5-6: 60 mcg
7-8: 80 mcg
9-10: 100 mcg
11-14: 120 mcg
All depending on my tolerance of course

Taurine
5g ED

Now if I choose to do the longer cycle with Benadryl I will take 50mg of dryl ED while on clen.

Can anyone give me some feedback?

I'm 24, 6' and 197 lbs

Bgboi, I would advise against using clenbuterol if you are actually 6ft 197lbs you need to build some tissue up before you should cut. Just for your frame you should focus on growing because in my opinion that's not a lot of weight for a 6ft frame.

Why are you wanting to run clenbuterol, i know that's kinda a dumb question because its used for cutting. I just want to see where your coming from so i have a little more info to work with.

Most of the unwanted weight is in my midsection, dieting is helping but I'm still a little flabby around the stomach/waste. Hoping the clen will help with that issue

A pound of muscle tissue burns 90 extra calories a day if im not mistaken, add 10lbs on to you of actual tissue 90 x 10 = 900 calories. 3500 calories equals a pound you see where im going with this lol. By having extra muscle tissue will enable you to burn calories at a higher rate simply upon the metabolic demand the body has from the extra tissue. I would do a lean bulk myself that extra muscle will tighten the skin up itself anyways.

I know what you're getting at, but that number is way high.

If every pound burned an extra 90 cals per day, then gaining 20 pounds of muscle would burn 1,800 more calories than your BMR, and that is an awfully high number.

Press that to 30 pounds of muscle, and now we're talking 2,700 calories per day without even considering normal BMR.

From what I've read, it's actually closer to 6-10 extra calories per day for every additional pound of muscle.

To the OP:

A couple things:

1. I'd go with keto over Benadryl for preventing the down regulation of the beta receptors. I think 1 mg per day is the recommended dosage, but someone correct me if I'm wrong.

2. You should be able to press it to 4 weeks on and 2 off if you add the keto.

Good info right here, your clen dosing looks solid. Just remember to taper down the same way you taper up when finishing your run. 1mg of keto will be a much better option if you're planning to run clen for more than 2 weeks. Start the keto on week two of your clen cycle. With keto, you'll be able to run your clen cycle for longer than 4 weeks, but I wouldn't suggest doing more than 6-8 weeks without a break.

And to address the post about you being too light, it depends on where your bodyfat percentage is. 197 at 6' could be a wide range of looks. For example, I'm 6'-2" and I'm only weighing around 185, but I'm also 8% ish body fat. If you're new to training and you don't have a solid diet that you're sticking to and keeping track of, then I would suggest holding off on the clen. You don't need to go to such an extreme as clen if you are just beginning a fat loss diet. If you're 15%+ bodyfat, I'd say wait until you're leaner and lose some fat by eating right and training hard. BUT, if you're looking to drop that last little bit of bodyfat, and you're experienced with your training and your diet is in check, then clen will help you out a lot.

thanks guys, sorry I haven't been posting I have been swamped with work. All solid info, just an update I started taking the clen 3 days ago following the procedure I laid out. I feel a little bit warmer throughout the day, and my hands shake a little bit, but not as much as I anticipated. I took 80 mcg this morning and I don't really feel too jittery. Could this mean that the clen is under dosed? So far no weight lost, but that could be due to a variety of things. My diet has not been super clean because I have been traveling, but it has not been bad either. about 30 minutes of cardio a day on average through the first four days. What do you guys think? Should I bump the clen up a bit and see if the shakes get worse?

I really had much better luck with EC stack than I did with clen. Clean your diet up if not already, low level cardio (walk on incline for 30-40min) and EC should do the trick. DRINK H2O!!! 1-2 gal a day with either route.

It's been 3 days man, what do you expect?

First clean up your diet. It can't be "not bad." It has to be on point.

And getting side effects does not dictate whether or not something is working. Some people get them worse than others. Maybe you're just more tolerant.

After a few weeks of a good diet and consistent workouts, then you can determine whether it's working or if you need to bump it up.

Great advice here. Just because you're not feeling sides doesn't mean its not working. Your dosing plan looks good, but that's only a small piece of the puzzle. It sounds like your diet isn't too great, which will make or break a fat loss plan. Clen won't out-do a poor diet. Are you tracking your calories and macros?

Yes I am tracking my diet, an average day of macro consumption is about 190 g of protein, 90 g of carbs and 40 g of fat. What do you guys think?

Your overall calories seem very low considering you weigh 197 pounds. These numbers put you at roughly 1500 calories, which is extremely low. How long have you been dieting for? You mention 30 minutes of cardio, but are you following any type of resistance training program? I wouldn't drop your calories any lower for now, but if you're struggling to drop weight at 1500cals/day I would recommend adding in more weight training and cardio sessions.

i cant tolerate clen... i get bad tremors with it and cramps..... even at the lower dosages
