Clearing up dosage and more, powerfull+cissuss+AP

Ok, I always reserach to see what dosages i should be taking, and when i took the original powerfull it was kinda sketchy but i figured it out.
Now i just got the new powerful,AP, and super cissuss, and my head hurts from trying to figure out what i take when(and i know the directions on the bttles arent ever exactly what u guys recommend.)

USPLABS or MULLET can you answer this as soon as u can, as I wanna start dosing!

So before you recommended 2 caps of powerfull 3 times a day. Now the new stuff says 1 cap three times a day,even though it looks like the same ingredients but just a smidge more in each cap.

So would this be the dosing regime i coudl follow...
Workout day:
-Wake up and take 1 powerfull, 1 supercissus, and one AP
Eat like 30 minutes after. And to be clear, i should eat high carb after AP.
-1 AP an hour after Eating, but 15 minutes before eating again(my pre workout meal)?
-Then hour later take 2 powerfull
-Workout half an hour after
-Take 1 AP 15 minutes before eating a meal sometime after working out.
-Take 1 powerfull and 1 ciccuss about half hour after eating, but right before falling asleep.

non-workout days:
-Wake up and take 1 powerfull, 1 supercissus, and one AP
Eat like 30 minutes after.
- Take 1 powerfull and 1 ap before eating sometime in the middle of the day.
- Take 1 AP 15 minutes before dinner
-Take 1 powerfull and 1 ciccuss about half hour after eating, but right before falling asleep.

Is that right? All the stipulations are making my head hurt jhust thinking about them.



And heres what i had in a previous thread noone answered,so i deleted and added to this one..

Hey im 19 and i jsut started working out again, Ive been doing rippetoes for like 3-4 weeks. Anyways ,im pretty much back to my previous strength(using greenbulge,multi vit,protien, creatine and powerfull). Well i jsut got Anabolic pump, my question is should i wait till i stop getting gains as well, and use it then(so prabably in about 2 weeks). Or should i Just start now(If money isnt a problem, so more can be ordered).

also forgot to say im getting super cissus in the mail too. Shoudl i be taking it at such a young age? The reason i am getting it is because , im not used to doing squats everyworkout,liek rippetoes tellls you to, so things are hurting a little bit.
