For those of you that order Research Chemicals like SERMS. Do you clear out your house when it’s being shipped? I have a very mixed understanding of the legality. To my understanding it is legal to purchase but illegal to consume correct?

With this being said can a officer obtain a warrant to search your household if there are issues that come into play in the postal office?

I’m sorry if my question seems extremely ignorant, as you can see I’m trying to address that.

The odds of someone who ISNT purchasing supply/trafficking quantities, and who ISNT on-selling, and who ISNT receiving raws, getting set up with a controlled delivery or getting raided...is relatively tiny.

Is it possible? Of course. Some states are higher risk for this sh1t than others (Rick Collins has written about this). But just take a step back and consider how unlikely it would be for a bro buying 30ml of RC clomid piquing the interest of LE enough that they decide its worth their resources setting up a catch. Lol.

But this doesnt mean you should be sloppy.

Know what your state laws are. Know what the possession penalties are. Know what the supply threshold is. Read up on LE controlled delivery MoA's (there are plenty of threads on reddit) and be informed. There are numerous ways to pay for drugs that are less traceable than CC.

Be. Informed. And dont make it easy for LE to trace you or know your purchasing.
 
Since possession of research chemicals are legal (federally), it's highly unlikely any court would want to touch such a case. Right now you are in the clear, but I have my suspicions that there may be legislation down the line that could hurt the research chemical business. Not because of SERMS or AIs but because of designer drugs that people are getting high off of.
 
Clomiphene (if thats the SERM being referred to by OP) is an Rx drug in US, how is purchase and possession legal without a script?

The ones I mess with don't get down like that

Becuase they’re not controlled substances. They’re what’s referred to as legend drugs, as in they carry the Rx legend on the label. The second class of drugs are controlled substances; which carry severe criminal penalties for their possession.

He is right. They are not controlled substances so LE can't do **** about it. If they could all these research chemical sites would be busted and see serious jail time. Why would LE bother with you buying some clomid when they can easily bust the companies for a felony charge. They can't until a drug is scheduled.

Is HCG a controlled substance? I wouldn’t be buying as a research chem but I’m interested in knowing for future references.

Another thing, HGH I do know is a Controlled substance. Would buying it as a Research Chem “HGH 191AA” change things at all? I know this sounds off but out of curiosity for this one.

HCG isn't a Federally controlled substance. (I think it may be in NY).
But whether you buy something as a "research chemical" or not, that doesn't change it's legality.

Varies by state. I know if you have a lot they will hit you with an intent to distribute or some **** like that. Some guy had enough test for a 12 week run and got busted for something, I don’t know what, but they hit him with that even though it was only a few vials if I remember correctly.

You’re safe bro LE isn’t gonna waste resources on small purchases like that. And that’s assuming they were ever even alerted to your package in the first place which is extremely unlikely. Do you know how many pounds of weed and other illicit substances go thru the mail every day? I’d say you have about a 1% chance, if even, of your research chems, sarms, or even aas being confiscated assuming you aren’t shipping large quantities. And even if they did get confiscated, chances of getting a knock on your door are even smaller.

I would say the risk is higher for sure going thru customs. But that said, I’ve ordered internationally several times with no issues. On top of that, shipping wasn’t exactly discreet lol. It came in a thin cardboard box with one layer of tape, and if that box were to be opened there woulda been no doubt of its contents.

If your pkg did get confiscated at customs you would receive a letter in the mail stating you have x amount of time to claim your goods or they’ll be disposed of. So even in this case, assuming you aren’t ordering large quantities for resale, you’re unlikely to be prosecuted. You just won’t receive your goods. And most reputable companies overseas will offer a free reship with proof of your customs letter.
