Clean Bulk with Omnevol

I'll try to consume about 4000-4500 calories a day and eats lots of healthy fats. Unfortunately i will not be able to get blood test but i will check my blood pressure at least once a week. My cycle and post cycle will look something like this:

Cycle:
Week 1: 1 Tab
Week 2: 2 Tab
Week 3: 2 Tab
Week 4: 2 Tab
Support Supps: Liver Longer,Multi, cycle support, fax seed oil, taurine
Protien: Maxi Mass

PCT:
Nolva: 40/40/20/20
Retain2: 3/3/3/3
Support Supps:Multi, cycle support, fax seed oil,taurine
Protein:Nature's Best IsoPure

Please spare me the bull**** i know what i'm getting myself into

Give us some 'before' stats so we can see the comparison 'afterwards' on gains.
 
I ran a similar cycle of Omnevol, and it was ok, but M-Drol was more effective at 20/20/30. Drink a ton of water.

Weight:182-185 (fluctuates between these values)
BF%: I'd say from 12-15%

These are all relaxed muscle measurements
Biceps:14.3'
Forearm: 11.8'

This is going to be my workout routine:
I'm going to workout 2 days on 1 day off 2 days on 1 day off and on......
Workout#1: Chest/Back/abs/cardio
Workout#2: Biceps/Triceps/abs/cardio
Workout#3: Shoulders/Legs/abs

Day:1
Today was my chest/back workout. I was definetly feeling the placebo effect, all my lifts were easier than usual.Besides this there is nothing to report. Hopefully this tuff will kick in the second week. Tomorrows biceps/triceps can't wait.
 
Day 2
Weight: 182
Did biceps/triceps/abs today... nothing to report, lifts seemed a little easier but again its the placebo effect.
 
Day 3
Weight:182.1
Today was legs/shoulders/abs. Nothing special. Although i have notice that i'm not sleeping as well as usual.Anyways tomorrows an off day.
 
Day 5:
Weight 183.8
Wow, today was pecs/back/abs. Amazing workout is all i can say. All lift for pecs went up 10lbs fist lift for back up 20lbs the rest 10lbs. Statred noticing minor back pump but not nearly as bad as i thought they would(Taking taurine and making sure i have enough potassium intake)
