MY COMMENT: The research isn't exactly a slam dunk in favor of CLA. some studies say yes, some say no, it's far from a sweep. But as with all things, if you put some blind faith in CLA, it will work via the placebo effect, regardless. I wouldn't personally spend a dime on it. Also, if you're a lactating mom, it can reduce the fat in your breastmilk, & compromise infant growth. CLA has also been seen to impair endothelial function. This means that indiscriminate CLA supping can potentially harm the vascular system. Booo..
