I just finished my 2nd bag of CLA from Pp and like it. Make sure and pick up some Invalid Link Removed as well, its my new favorite pre workout supplement.
I've been doing 4-6grams a day and 9grams of fish oil, I'm not real strict on my diet at the moment and I have not experienced any huge changes but in the mirror i have more definition and my weight has not changed. I went through the first bag in a couple weeks, i'm upping my dose to 8g tomorrow as i have 3 more bags.
according to Invalid Link Removed all you need is 3.4grams a day.
