CLA results

I've been taking CLA "Webber Naturals" the Tonaline kinds from Traders Joes for about 6-7 weeks now. I use to weight 164, now i'm down to 150. During this time, I have not worked out. I've been eating a lot of chicken and protein. Cutting back on carbs here and there. NO more late snacks. Drink nothing but water and two cups of green tea a day.

14 pounds is not bad.
