Well it says that 2g CLA powder = 1g CLA oil so if you are planning to take it at typical anarchy stack doses you are looking at taking around 30 -40 grams of that powder a day. I can't speak for how 1fast's CLA powder tastes but I did order CLA powder from BAC it is was freaking terrible, very hard to choke down. Also, you should note that it does have contain some unspecified amount of maltodextrin as well in there.
