How are you dosing it?

I've been taking 2 capsules twice daily. Usually first thing in the morning, then another dose about 8 hours later.

I do 4 in the am and 4 in the pm so it comes out to 6.4gm of CLA a day

I haven't taken the liquid, but take 4 gel caps a day and love it.
