CLA and Erase?

I'm wondering how CLA works and things I can expect from it. I have ran erase before but I was wondering how good they would be stacked? this would be for next summer to shed some belly fat. Thanks

CLA has some literature supporting its effectiveness, however I believe most is on obese individuals. I personally wouldn't use it, but as you know, erase is great for any goal.

I got a bottle of MP cla with some other stuff and saw very little from it. Didn't see any change in body comp. only change I saw was I felt oily

As aaron stated, I personally wouldn't waste my money on CLA. Better options out there especially for fat burning purposes.

Yeah in my case it was free and as I like to say if it's free it's for me

thanks for the info! yeah it didn't look too effective but I just wanted to make sure. erase do sure though!
