I was wondering is there a way to prevent the brain fog that hit you sometime in the beginning of the diet. Will something like a nootropic help? I just don't want to end up having a brain fog/fart in the middle of the day.
So its most def that by cycling will prevent a brain fog/fart situation? Cause I do not want to end up like one of those Brain Age guy that looks up and go uhhhhhh.
yes look it up, ive done CKD and hated the brain fog.. the fat loss was ok, but im pretty sure you dont want to lose lean mass. with carb cycling ive lost 6.9 lb of fat and only lost .3 lb of lean mass (could have been water)
