this is one of the tastiest little meals ive ever come up with.

-6-8 oz of shredded turkey breast
-4 tbsp lite mayo
-couple spoonfulls of a vegetable medley

put it all in a bowl and mix it up.

macros (estimated)

37-40 grams protein
14 grams fat, only 2 of them saturated.
minimal carbs - mostly fiber from veggies

things id try next time, tbsp of olive oil for some more healthy fats, more veggies, and more turkey!

sh1t is bomb. no lie.
 
sounds bomb, but too low in dat fat. not to worry, i'd just drop in a tbsp of olive oil and all'd be good. thanks for the post!
