im 23 6'2 @ 240. I have been following a WSB routine and have been getting great strength results. I would really like to weigh around 200 by july and continue my strength gains. I have done a CKD diet before with great results but lost alot of strength. what supps could i take to stop the strength loss over the 4mths i would like to run the CKD diet?? besides staple supps of fish oil, vit/min, protein what could i take? I want to incorporate 11oxo, but dont know how long i can take it. maybe a non-hormaonal satck for 2 mths, follwed by the 110x0?? thoughts???
