CJC 1295 - Received empty vials?

I ordered some CJC 1295 from a very reputable company and the vials are pretty much empty. There is a just a little bit of "dust" on the bottom and that doesn't seem right. I thought the vial should be about 1/3 full with powder?

well I have never seen nor used cjc but I do know that 99% of the powder you see in most peptide vials is NOT the active ingredient but rather inactive fillers such as mannitol. I do also know that at one time one company was selling ghrp6 that had NO fillers, so it looked like a crystalline dust in the vial instead of white powder puck.
