Cjc 1295 dac safety

I will soon be trying cjc 1295 w dac by itself this will be my first time using a gh peptide but I have used Mk 677 in the past now I heard there was a death relating to heart attack during the Trial maybe it was unrelated is there any truth to this and what kind of side effects can I expect? Thanks
