Citrulline Malate or Anadraulic Pump causing this?

I am getting more headaches and not sure if it is these products or could be one or the other. It also might be my new protein? I get headaches easy on stimulants and wonder which one would possibly cause this? Thanks
 
Well there is geranium in Anadraulic pump and it is a stimulant. Maybe try a day without it and see how that goes...

you anwsered your own question, if you get headaches easily while taking a stim, chances are its the stim product your taking, which would make complete sense if that stim was your pre workout, not so much sense if it was your creatine.
It is also possible the creatine is making you dehydrated, which could cause lightheadedness and a host of other problems, but from what you said, cut out the AP and see what happens.
 
didnt think pump had any stimulants in it? Also could citrulline malate cause any side effects. I seem like i always get bad taste in my mouth but it might be due to the pump...not sure

Yes it has a stimulant in it. It is either that or dehydration from creatine. Pop your question in the LG subforum.
 
Not to be the bad guy but if you do not know what you are taking then you should do reading before you buy try somthing---
 
i ask about this supplement alot before i bought it. This doesnt contain creatine in this? Not anadrualic state. ....this is pump. No idea it had a stimulant in this? I was basically asking if citrulline malate woudl cause headaches, etc...
 
Cm wouldnt do it IMO, its lilely the other product

READ THE LABEL!!!!!! Jeez, stop asking what you can find out from your bottle. If you can do that you can do a simple google search to find out what each ingredient is.

please send all your AP, and CM to me and I will test it for you.
If you didnt know AP had a stim in it, chances are you should just send me all your supps for safe keeping untill your ready. :fing02:
