Hi all, after searching a bit I could find little in the way of first hand experiences with Citrulline malate - has anyone here dabbled in it?
Is this the sort of thign you can take and have it be effective right then, like creatine, or does benefit occur only after prolongued use?
Also, the dosage req's seem kinda high - 6g/day - is this right?
I'm trying to find some ALCAR in bulk powder but haven't had any luck - SMI2LE took my money a couple months ago and didn't send me my nootropics so I'm not ordering from them...
This is a tentative stack idea for pre-workout but it would be something like: ALCAR + CEE + Citrulline Malate + l-Tyrosine + choline + whey + honey.
With that stack I'd avoid any overt stimulants (no crash later), and the honey would provide a longer lasting fuel source than dextrose, while still being easily digestible...
Any feedback here or experiences?
