Hey everyone!
Since track is coming around, i bought Citrulline, beta alanine, Cordygen VO2 Ultra, and have some left over tyrosine and ALCAR.
My first question is how much do you recommend for each to maximize my endurance for my races (400, 4x4, 4x2)??? Will I need to dose at different times to synchronize the effects?
Also, would using Citrulline during track practices hinder my bodies own improvements in lactic acid buffering, or can I take it during practices and still get the improvements in my body as if I had not taken it during practices?
My stats are 5'9 on a good day, weigh 150 lbs. 12% body fat.
Our offseason routine is 3 sets deadlift @ 5-3-2 reps. We basically max out every other day. Between lifts we do various plyos for upper/lower body.
We warm up with 12 mins. of cardio/intervals. There's something to these workouts- I increased deadlift 1RM from 330 to 425 in 3 months
Thanks!
