It most likely can boost your libido based on the majority of reviews I have read, but it can vary depending on the individual. Age, genetics, biochemistry, lifestyle, nutrition, and any supplements or medication you are taking may affect your response. I don't have any libido issues and I didn't sepcifically use it for this purpose. I definitely noticed better sleep, improved digestion, increased sense of well being, increased athletic performance in the gym, and faster recovery.
