Relatable, and here I am trying to practice SR. I've felt amazing throughout this experience though so I'm gna keep it pushing, when I hit 3 months I may take 2 weeks off and write a small followup

I currently take butea superba and boron as part of my daily stack. I have a pretty high libido with this. Do you think the cistanche is pushing yours higher?

Damn now I feel like I'm missing out not adding Boron or Butea, you guys see any gym/aggression benefits or strictly libido? I gotta look more into it

appears it is mostly for libido and confidence. I feel some kinda adaptogenic effect where i am much more assertive, confident and calm at the sametime. likely due to DHT increase. didnt notice much aggression change during workouts on days that i did or didnt take.

Wanted to add a little update since I've been using Cistanche on and off for so long now:
I go for 3 months at a time without breaks from taking it with no issue. I learned that eating a fatty, cholesterol heavy meal of eggs before my morning dose amplifies the androgenic effects significantly. Just thought I'd give you all an update.
