Hello:


I just bought a bottle and would like to know what the best dsoing schedule is for this product on workout and non workout days. Thanks.
 
my favorite is-
workout days
15 mins before breakfast- 2 caps
with prewrokout food or shake 2 caps
post workout 2 caps

off days
2 caps morning
2 caps 6-8 hrs later

I am more intersted in the anabloic effect because my joints are pretty good with no issues.
 
ok- ull probably wanna aim for 8 per day.... this is what i would do

morning 2
preworkout 4
post workout 2

I would wait till syammetry comes out tho, itll be better for the anabolic stuff
 
i know its technically out--- im doign a log on it, in my sig.... but i didnt know it was out the generl public yet
 
Yeah, in terms of straight anabolic effects I'm not sure if you would look to Cissus RX for optimal results..What are your stats?If you are looking to go the natural root you should look into some concentrated Trib.
 
for a really noticeable anabolic effect w/ regular cissus-rx, take 5-6 caps 3x a day. for regular aches and pains, bone healing, etc. 2-3 caps 2-3 times daily will suffice- dosage really is bodyweight dependent- you have to take it to find out what is right for you
