cissus?

so, I was reading about cissus and saw that some ppl said it gave them even better strength gains/was anabolic. How does that work?
why do some people say that it's better than any steroid or PH that they've tried?

Um... You will not gain as much strength or size from cissus as you will from a PH or steroid. I don't know where you heard that, but it is rediculous. It's a great supplement, and can help with injuries, weight loss and even has anabolic effects, but it's not comparable to a PH or steroid in terms of expected gains.
