Don't pull your shoulder blades back when doing that pose. It might feel more intense, but it pulls your lats in, making you look smaller; consequently, causing causing people on this forum to poke fun at you. Instead, bring your shoulders forward when doing it.
wow, thanks guys for taking interest in my physique. That is me. I'm in an IM competiton that require pics thru November monthly. My posing sucks, thanks for the tip The Sinner. I also need to raise my elbows on the Back Double bicep.
