Cissus RX right after donating blood?

I just happened to receive my first bottle of Cissus RX today, and I'm looking forward to seeing how my shoulder reacts to it.

I'm also donating blood with the Red Cross today at 2:45pm.

Considering the loss of blood, is it safe to begin taking Cissus RX today, or should I hold off until tomorrow to start it?

(Concidentally, I also slightly strained my lower back doing seated rows at the gym this morning, so I'd like to start the Cissus RX asap.)

Thanks for the quick response. I actually didn't get home until it was too late to take it yesterday. So, I didn't take it until this morning.

(I'm a light sleeper, so I heeded the warning that I shouldn't take it within 6 hours of bedtime.)
