This question may be a bit a of a reach but I wanted to inquire. Has anyone reported an increase in negative "joint" issues since starting Cissus? Since I started using Cissus(now up to 6 green caps daily), I have experienced an increase in joint pain in both elbows. I suspect it is humeral epicondylitis.

Now, I do not know it this is simply timing issue due to my training which has increased. I have added more time on the mat for juijitsu, kickboxing, etc. while still maintaing my lifting routine. Any insight would be great.

Very possible, you may sensitive to the cortisol inhibiting effects. I would cease usuage and see if pain subsides.

first time using cissus?
I have used cAMPIBOLIC without any issues. However, this is my first time using Cissus RX. I am going to take a break from the Cissus while keeping my training level and see if things change. Maybe those armbars are just getting pulled too tight too often.

That's what I was thinking, it's most likely causing low levels of cortisol hence the joint pain.

Interesting... my left knee has been bothering me on and off lately (probably hard tissue -- genetic) but yet my shoulders feel like a million dollars compared to recent months due to Cissus and Symmetry. Give and take I guess :)

Maybe if USP made a Cissus/Celadrin mix it would solve this problem, i haven't tried Cissus YET but Celadrin is awesome stuff.
