Cissus Rx Log

I just started taking Cissus Rx two days ago for my shoulder problems.

Well... already I notice that the pain at idle is less than before. I worked out today and managed to avoid the 'popping' that would cause huge amounts of pain in my left shoulder. This was happening pretty easily since last Thursday.

Interestingly my elbows have shaped up a bit too -- I was having tendonitis flare-ups doing dips lately but I did sets of 50 reps, 30 reps, and 25 reps today without issue.

I'll post as I notice more along the way. If this product even takes down my shoulder pain by 50% I'll be buying a few more bottles.

I felt less discomfort on shoulder day (Friday) than I did the previous week. I am sticking to a low weight / more volume routine while my injury heals up.

I was able to complete my routine without experiencing the 'popping' that was occuring before. Partially because of the lower weight, I think, but as I said before even at idle it's feeling better. Hopefully things keep shaping up, I'll keep you all posted.

I know that Cissus helped to take care of and relieve my shoulder problems associated with heavy lifting and repeated motions. Ever since I started taking Cissus as a staple supplement in my lineup I haven't had any issues during training or at work. It's awesome to know I can take it to the iron without having to worry about pain in my delts.

Good luck with your use and I hope to see and hear about nothing but positive results.

Well... my elbow tendonitis has calmed down ALOT so far, but unfortunatly my shoulder still isn't doing the greatest. The discomfort has decreased but the 'popping' will still happen if I go as heavy as I used to on bench press or any form of free motion curls -- I've been doing sets of 15-20 reps to avoid this for the time being.

Going to the doc Saturday, hopefully to get a cortisone shot in the offending area. That took care of the issues I had with the OTHER shoulder. And I read in one of the articles that Cissus helps with sides from Cortisone... which is good since I was wiped out for a week after my other shot.

I'm sincerely glad to hear that elbow tendonitis has calmed down for you. That's a blessing in itself. As for the shoulder pain, just be careful and try not to stress it too much. There are some injuries that just need time and rest as supplementation.

Best of luck to you at the doctor. I hope he can decrease some of your pain and provide some comfort as well. Hopefully this will work in the interum until it heals up.

Cissus will in fact assist you along the way as it is just one of the many benefits of supplementing with it. Keep us informed.

Just used up the last of my first bottle of Cissus Rx today... I have good news. I managed the following on decline bench:

185 x 15
225 x 12
250 x 10

NO PAIN whatsoever! I was having severe issues with anything over 135 to begin with after the injury. Looks like the cortisone shot combined with Cissus did some good.

I REALLY credit the Cissus with helping me deal with the shot... the first one I got put me out of commision for a week with low energy and weakness. I was back in action after taking a few voluntary rest days this time around with no weakness or energy issues whatsoever.

I feel strongly enough about it that I will be ordering a new bottle when it comes back into stock.

Hell YEAH!!

Wow, that's amazing and I am really glad to hear that. There's nothing worse than unwarranted and unwanted downtime when all you want to do is train and be at your best.

July 15th my man, I would go ahead and preorder so it can get out to your pad like pronto!!
