Cissus Rx dosing?

Can you just take it when ever you want or do you have to take it 10 minutes before you eat?
 
Cissus Q is not as fragile as some other herbal products, and the phytoestrogenic effects are not negated by digestion. Further, not many have noted gastrointestinal distress, with any dosing schedule. While 10 minutes prior to meal is a successful dosing team, if that is not your convenience, there is no biggie!
 
I have been trying to stick to the 10 min. protocol. I am taking 3 a day total. Should I be taking more? (215 lbs)
