If your training as hard as you should be day in and day out, obviously overtime your joints are going to have stress. Supplementing with cissus and a few other supplements can truly aid in promoting joint health and recovery as well as acting as a potent muscle relaxer. In the research available as well as anecdotal evidence from clients, I've seen ranges of 3,000-5,000mgs per day to be a very effective dose.
