Cissus, Camphibolic, Sesamin Stack Advice

Hi, I am hoping one or more kind folk will help out and make suggestions on my upcoming cutting stack. I will primarily be using cissus, camphibolic, sesamin, and a preformulated ECA stack (I’m not sure about the “A”, but since it’s already in there . . .). More on this later, first some stats and other data:

My stuff in brief - 35 years old (male, weightlifting and other sports most of my life), 81kgs, 5 foot 10, have been cutting since 1 January 06, started at 26.0 percent fat and now standing at 15.9 percent. I have been decreasing calories relatively slowly and am now at 1800-2000 per day in 6 meals. Lots of lean sources of protein (e.g., chicken, beef, game, egg whites, and fish – I eat fish high in healthy fats nearly everyday), additional healthy fats from flax oil, and carbo cycling with re-feeds twice a week with oats, sweet potatoes, and shredded wheat. I seem to lose fat best when I otherwise limit my carbohydrate intake, though I do have a bit of dextrose/maltodextrin with my whey post workout, and lots of vegetables everyday. I use 2-3 whey shakes per day, depending on my work schedule, etc.

My current exercise program is 15 minutes of cardio (Mon.-Fri.) at 5am on an empty stomach (sometimes I have a shake first, sometimes not) using high intensity interval training, and then weights usually about 4pm on the following split: Mon.-chest/Tues.-back/Wed.-legs/Thurs.-shoulders/traps/Fri-arms. I have tweaked the above program since 1 January, it has definitely evolved over this period, and I have switched things up when the fat loss has stalled (which it has a few times).

To make an already long story short (and I appreciate you reading), my fat loss really stalled at about 18 percent (quite high, I know, but coming from a lard ass of 26 percent fat, didn’t feel overly bad about it). This is when I added an ECA stack, building up to my current dose of 20mgs ephedrine HCI/200mgs caffeine twice a day (5am and 12pm). This started the fat loss back up for me a bit and I’m now, as stated above, at 15.9 percent.

So how I came to USP is through some nagging joint problems that I have - my joints have always sucked – shoulders mostly, but smaller injuries and strains from high school sports etc. to my elbows, back, neck, and knees, which together with the progression of age, seems to be creeping up on me. Hence, I was interested when I saw many of you writing about cissus, and from there I read about camphibolic, and since it was being sold together with sesamin . . .I thought I would try to create a stack that would help to accelerate my fat loss (the lowest I have ever been in modern days is 12.9 percent, and my goal is 9.0 percent) AND support/who knows maybe even improve my joints at the same time.

For the next six weeks, this is what I was thinking of doing by way of supplementation (obviously good food, whey shakes, flax oil, and water at appropriate times in addition):

Pre-morning cardio (empty stomach):
-ECA (1)
-Cissus (2)

Post-morning cardio:
-Camphibolic (1)

Breakfast:
Sesamin (1)
Multivitamin (1)

Lunch:
-ECA (1)
-Cissus (2)
-Sesamin (1)

Post Workout:
-Camphibolic (1)
-Cissus (2)

Dinner:
-Sesamin (1)
-Multivitamin (1)

Before Bed:
-Camphibolic (2)

To note, I also have bulk CEE and a bottle of GABA if anybody feels I should throw one or both of these in as well (haven’t used either for a while). As stated, my goals are two-fold: (1) 9.0 percent fat; and (2) to try to build up/strengthen my joints etc. I know that to reach 9.0 percent fat will likely take longer than the next six weeks, but I thought I would try something like the above supplementation program, see where it leads, and then see where to go from there. I have seen a bit about cycling the ephedrine, perhaps I could do two weeks of the above program, go off the ECA for two weeks, and then back on the above program for two weeks.

I would be happy to provide any additional information that would be useful, please do not hesitate to ask. I do not usually post to forums, so let me just thank all of you from us lurkers out there, and in particular for any advice you may be able to offer to me.

I prefer 2 cAMP a little before breakfast, and 2 before bed, instead of the postworkout you have listed.

Just make sure the meals your having sesamin with are high in healthy fats 10+ for best results
 
everything looks good- but my wife and i usually take 3 camphibolic each before bed- works really well

Take cAMPHIBOLIC with the ECA in the morning and pre-workout not post. WIth your mind set and diet, you will see results.
 
Thanks, guys. To sum up from your advice, then, how about if I take 1 camp in the morning (pre-cardio), 1 preworkout in the afternoon, and then 3 right before bed. Sound ok? I would be happy to post here once a week with updated stats, etc. if that would be useful for anybody.

I followed the dosing according to the bottle. Start with 1 and increase to 2 on the 4th dose. Which could easily be 2 to 3 instead. I haven't increase to 3, although since D and his wife do it, I may have to try it.

No take 2 pre cardio it will last post cardio until the next dose is taken.

I will start with 1 cAMPH at night and work your way up.
