cissus and thyroid troubles

I was just reading that for your thyroid to be working properly your adrenals have to be in check and turns out they need cortisol --now I always heard that cortisol was what eats up muscle and stops gains so I started to use cissus which is a great cort blocker among other things -but recently Ive become aware that I am hypo thyroid and no amount of thyroid armour-or t3 seems to be able to get my waking temp above 97*so this seems like a [catch 22] I raise my cort and lose muscle or I stay hypo and look like a hipo:toofunny:

I know this is 4 Years OLD- but I thought I'd share: If your cort is high- T4 preferentially converts to rT3 which is an inactive form of T3 that binds to T3 receptors. So it would be important to keep your cortisol in check to maintain healthy conversion of T4 to T3. You can experience hypothyroid symptoms from prolonged high cortisol levels.

Best,
A.
