Ceosm, or anyone else: do you know if there have been any reports of the effectiveness of cissus on rotator cuff injuries?

There has been many reports of shoulder pain relief. In the majority of should pain is some how rotator cuff related. I would risk the $25.

The problem that it helped alleviate greatly for me was most likely a rotator cuff issue. I hurt my shoulder originally playing football, reaggravated by flat barbell benching, and it hurt the most when I would try to throw things so one would be led to assume as much.

Thanks bro. I already do the L-Flyes, and the RC hasn't been too bad, but I don't want it to become a problem again. Cissus has been ordered.

i reckon l-flyes should be done by anybody doing pressing movements, whether they have problems or not, as they are a good for prevention purposes

Beowulf how about posting some results sometime? I have some RC pain and would like to know if it helped.

Thanks

For those who expressed interest in Cissus for RC pain I will be keeping a log:
