Cissus and Lean Xtreme

I should have some lean xtreme being shipped to me from DS due to the Rebound problem. I was wondering if I should reduce my cissus dossage when I start taking lean xtreme considereing they both lower cortisol? I'm currently taking Cissus 3 caps 2 times a day.

I'm personally not convinced that Cissus lowers cortisol. From user feedback, we've seen that lowered cortisol is hard on the joint and tendons, whereas Cissus is obviously having the opposite effect.

EDIT: My mistake, cortisol is bad for tendons. But like I mentioned, no one is having joint problems (at least from what I've seen). Perhaps there is selective GR modulation going on here with Cissus?

I'm taking both right now and I am noticing joint tenderness in my knees, but it is bearable (if that's spelled right)...I'm taking 450mg of the LX "oral"/week and 9 caps of cissus/day...trying to keep cortisol as low as possible while I'm in PCT

In clinical trials Cissus has led to a fracture healing time on the order of 55 to 33 percent of that of controls. That cissus exerts antiglucocorticoid properties is suggested by a number of studies where bones were weakend by treatment with cortisol, and upon administration of Cissus extract the cortisol induced weakening was halted, and the healing process begun.

To much reduction in cortisol does hurt joints but our goal is not ultimate suppression but suppression of elevated levels.

In my opinion, Substances that make your joints hurt should be avoided regardless of the effects.

I honestly do not see this being a problem at all. Just monitor how you feel from day to day, but to tell you the truth, I take a wide array of supplements and I have had no problems what so ever taking higher doses of Cissus (9-12 caps ED) alongside anything that I consume.
