Cialis vs Viagra

Curious of people's preference to Viagra compared to Cialis. Typical dose of Viagra at 50mg and Cialis 10mg? Tried Cialis at 10mg and didn't notice much from it. Can 10mg of Cialis be combined with 50mg of Viagra or best to use one or the other at a time?
 
Cialis. 5 mg has me great for a solid 24. I don't have an ed issue so it makes for an incredible boost.
 
A year ago I was given samples of staxyn and never used it. I just found them cleaning out some drawers. It's supposed to be a different brand of cialis I guess.. Can it be used if I take EC earlier in the day? I'd like to surprise the gf with a marathon lol
 
10mg works for me... 20 works amazingly...

Viagra at 50 didn't do what 10mg of Cialis did for me.. Viagra actually didn't do anything for me..
 
They typically will prescribe Viagra over Cialis for lowering BP because it isn't until higher doses that the effects of Cialis assist. That being said, my doc will offer either for BP if needed.

Tried 10mg and a couple of beers with not much of a difference, does 20mg make that much of a difference?

Don't drink with it, that's the issue..

I've popped 40mg of Cialis drunk and it didn't do anything lol But 10 any other day has me rockin!
 
Hmm seems I am going to need another visit to the good ol doc then....ugh I hate the smell of that place

Low dose daily cialis works great for lowering Blood Pressure and BPH (when on cycle these are great benefits). Im talking like 5mg/day and as it accumulates you get the sexual benefits as well. I prefer RC cialis for the daily dosing so I can adjust my dose and dial it in so all benefits are optimal. For me this method of using cialis has proven the best over viagra and occasional dosing of cialis.
 
Cialis needs to be taken daily for best results. Viagra makes everything look blue. Cialis has no side effects that I've noticed and it also is great for pumps in the gym. I typically take 10mg/day and it keeps my BP below 120/60 most of the time.
 
I've heard of people taking both combined into a single tablet...

Ive heard of this too but viagra makes me so stuffed up I wont take it at all, mixed with cialis or not. Low dose daily cialis is awesome (speaking for myself of course).
 
Cialis works for me even if I drank. But I won't have started drinking right when I took it. IT would have been earlier in the day.

Cialis also seems to take a few hours for it to be at peak effectiveness.

Word, that's true. Tadalafil improves testosterone levels as well, by reducing E2 levels.

INTRODUCTION:
It has been reported that lack of sexual activity due to erectile dysfunction (ED) may be associated with testosterone (T) decline.
AIM:
To investigate whether the known changes in sex hormones associated with resumption of sexual activity are sustained in the long term.
MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:
Primary endpoints were variations from baseline of steroid hormones: total T, free T (f T), and estradiol (E). Secondary endpoints were variations of erectile function domain scores at International Index of Erectile Function-5 (IIEF-5).
METHODS:
In an open-label fashion, 20 patients (mean age 54.8 +/- 8.4 years) received tadalafil 10-20 mg on demand for 12 months. Exclusion criteria were those reported for phosphodiesterase inhibitors, including hypogonadism and hyperprolactinemia.
RESULTS:
Tadalafil assumption was safe and well tolerated (overall adverse effects in 15% of patients) and none discontinued medication. A significant decrease in E levels occurred at the end of the study (from 19.9 +/- 9.6 to 16.6 +/- 8.1 ng/dL, P = 0.042 vs. baseline), with parallel increase in the T:E ratio (26.3 +/- 15.3 to 32.6 +/- 17.7, P = 0.05), whereas no changes in T and f T serum levels were observed, respectively (411.4 +/- 131.4 to 434.2 +/- 177.1 ng/dL and 47.7 +/- 15.3 to 49.9 +/- 19.1 pmol/L, not significant). Interestingly, nonparametric subgroup analysis for related samples revealed that E decrease was detectable only in lean (N = 14) but not in obese (N = 6, body mass index > 27.5 kg/m2) subjects (17.8 +/- 10.1 vs. 13.5 +/- 6.8, P < 0.05). A net increase in IIEF-5 scores was observed at the endpoint (13.7 +/- 5.9 vs. 25.7 +/- 2.9, P < 0.0001).
CONCLUSIONS:
Sustained improvement in sexual function after 12 months of tadalafil administration is associated with increased T:E ratio mainly related to reduction of E levels. We hypothesize that androgen-estrogen cross-talk and possible inhibition of aromatase activity during chronic exposure to tadalafil might have a role in the regulation of erectile function.

I’ve used both- as well as the “cock blend” w/ both combined. Viagra gave me headache. Cialis is hands down better. It’s also a great pre-workout. It’s nice bro g able to take it pre-workout mid day, & it be effective still for time with wife that night or next morning f.

According to what I've read and experienced, mixing the 2 is not a good idea.
In my opinion the main difference between the 2 is time, sildenafil peaks at 1 hour and tadalafil at 1 to 3 hours. The effect of sildenafil lasts for a few hours whereas tadalafil lasts for days. I think that due to the amount used, 5 to 20 mg tadalafil or 50 to 100 mg sildenafil, sildenafil has a higher incidence of side effects. As for me, I stick with tadalafil without batting an eye.
