Cialis dosage

Yes all of the above. I do a lot of aerobic training as well as anaerobic training. More concerned with having cialis in my system when I do cardio. Don't know if it will drop my blood pressure too low.
 
If your Cialis is legit, and properly-dosed, 5mg ED is likely more than enough to see positive effects in all the mentioned areas. Some people see benefits with 5mg EOD. Obviously more active means more results, but also the potential for more long-term side-effects. I'd suggest you cycle off from time to time as well - some people have suggested "dependency" and a lessening of "results" are possible with prolonged or continual use.

Purchase an at-home BP monitor. They are inexpensive, and effective when used properly.
 
I usually do 10mg every day for the first few days, then I cut the 20mg into 3s, so roughly 6.5mg daily to eod. I tend to skip a few days from time to time so I don't become dependant.
