I am 6 weeks into a 600mg / week test cycle right now. Started suffering ED about 2 weeks ago. I figured out it was due to high estro - I got that in check as quickly as possible. I even started HCG every 3 days about 9 days ago. Problem is I am still only getting half chub at performance time. At this point it could be me stressing about it - I still get full erections in the middle of the night and occasionally throughout the day when I can't just throw the wife into a room and close the door. I'm 33 and didn't expect to deal with this just yet! I picked up some 20mg Cialis tabs today and planned on popping one this afternoon. After some reading I am just a little concerned that dose might pack some side effects itself, but I won't be a happy camper if I take too small of a dose. You guys have any suggestions about where to start? I would really like to have a fun evening with the wife tonight....

I am hoping this will restore some confidence and then I can tuck the rest away for special occasions.

It really all depends on the quality of the source! If you have enough time in advance, take half the tablet immediately and then in 120 minutes "check" to see if there is any enhancement. Then you can decide to take the other half or even just half of the remaining half-tablet. I find Tadalafil works best after 3-4 hours of lag time but some results can be felt after 90 minutes.

A quality tadalafil source will yield really good results with just 10mg. An underdosed source can yield only moderate results with a full 20mg tablet.

BTW, HCG can considerably raise E2 levels as well.

After you figure out how you respond to it, you could then decide to "micro-dose" it ED or EOD for the remainder of your cycle and PCT. Typicall 5mg ED or EOD is enought to maintain "readiness" without having to worry about timing your doses for a particular event.

If doing ED/EOD dosing, taking a week (or more) off from time to time is a good idea in my opionion.

Which sides are you worried about? The stuffy nose generally tells me when it’s kicked in

Thanks guys....my only issue was that gathering all info I saw recommendation as low as 2.5mg and people taking 40mg. That doesn't give me a good jumping off idea. I appreciate the input

28 years old and on dr. prescribed Cialis for BPH and ED. 5mg daily. You shouldn’t need more than 10mg if the stuff is legit. With 5mg I go from dead in the water to fully loaded. I only go as high as 10mg on special occasions to ramp it up for a birthday or special weekend away with the lady. 5mg and in about 45 minutes, you’ll be good to go assuming it’s quality stuff.

Use the cialis as a bandaid for now. You need to focus on getting that estrogen back into range. For me personally when I started HCG my estrogen skyrocketed. Get your AI dialed in with bloodwork or it will be a bumpy ride even through pct. been there done that

20mg Cialis does nothing for me.

I'm too scared to try 40mg?

There are two strategies to taking Cialis. One is "as needed", and the other is a low daily dose.

The low daily dose is usually 2.5 mg to 5 mg daily and peaks out around 4-5 days into dosing. This usually creates a more ready-to-go state.

The one-time dosing is as you read above, usually in 20 mg to 40 mg range. But, some people will respond as low as 5-10 mg on an as-needed basis. People usually need to experiment a bit.

You said you got your estrogen in check, but did you actually check to confirm it's within the preferred lab reference range?

Misspoke...i actually had blood drawn today to check estro levels. Point being I'm on top of the estrogen issue but I don't want to wait for results from labs and then fix the issue to have my lower body work.

Appreciate the info - that makes a lot of sense as far as different dosage protocols. I just need the cialis to get me through a week or 2 til I can get everything corrected.

Gotcha. E2 is going to be a big deal. We'll see if it's the culprit, but it's high probability.
