Cialabol, YG and endurance??

Guys I was wondering some feedback here please.

Does YG and/or Cialabol seem to increase or decrease endurance? In the past when I have taken any compound (supplement or gray market) that seems to potentiate the effects of insulin I seem to get tons of endurance problems. I do mostly boxing workouts now with some body weight exercises and I would love to lose some weight and recomp. But I can not have the type of endurance problems I have had in the past with K-R-ALA or IGF or any of the other insulin potentiators.

In all other respects both or these products sound great and I would like to give them a try but just wondering if I will be able to keep up with the boxing or if I will do 2 rounds and want to sit down. Thoughts?

YG for me if used with Low Gi carbs is mildy stimulating. However if I take it with hi gi carbs I get lethargic.

Super Clean energy!! Real energy not fake stimulated energy that eventually will hinder endurance.

Where does energy come from? FOOD! what does cialabol and YG do. Force Feed muscle cells with glycogen and Amino Acids MAKING FOOD MORE ANABOLIC. Imagine eating 100-150grams of carbs 2 hours before a Jiu jitsu tournament or a boxing match. All the carbs go feed muscle cells with ENERGY!.

Yep, i'm only eating 200 carbs a day while cutting and i feel great, my energy is fine and i'm getting stronger, if it wasn't for Cialabol i'd feel really run down.
 
I am really liking how this sounds. So is YG our for sale yet? I know Cialabol is but I am not sure about the YG. I am really interested in giving it a try have any of you guys that have had good experiences endurance wise had any bad experiences in the past endurance wise with things like
K-R-ALA or other insulin potentiators/mimetics?

I cannot comment on the second question, but YG's release date will be known tommorrow. Expect a date within 2-3 weeks.
 
Here is how it has effected me in regards to endurance. First i am not into cardio. I don't run much and when i do i get the normal calves tightening up and knees hurting. on YG on a low dose... No problems what so ever. I could run longer, my knees didn't hurt and my calves never and i mean never tightend up to at all. good stuff....
 
I have not tried the yellow gold yet. but I have been using the cialabol, this stuff is great. my endurance is a lot better in the gym since starting it, I feel like a machine. I am losing bodyfat and getting stronger.

I am about 15lbs lighter than before, and fixing to break my old Personal Records. this is after having appendiscitus surgery August 11, and not being able to work out for 6 weeks.

I am sold on the cialabol, now I want to try some yellow gold, which will be hopefully for sale soon.

Ill be doing the current stack and want to increase MM and reduce bodyfat.....let me know what u think...

i'm 6'2, 270lbs 17.5% bf, i'm eating 2450 calories, 209 carbs, 280g's protein and 52g's of fat

My carbs are from oatmeal, brownrice and whole grains, with apple juice post-workout. My protien is from turkey, chicken, tuna, cottage cheese, milk, whey protein, a protein blend, lean ground beef. My fats are from udo's 3.6.9 oil blend, natural peanut butter and olive oil. A typical meal would be like 2 scoops whey isolate, 1 cup brown rice and 1 tblsp natural peanut butter. I take in 80g's of carbs post-workout along with 8 caps of cialabol.

Definite increase in interset recovery as well as being able to knock out several more reps then without YG/cialabol during a set.

BTW, I dont' know if it's what you're asking but when I've used igf-1 in the past my endurace sucks major balls. In fact it's lessened when I use most aas as well. I just feel better/healthier right now.
 
That is exactly what I was talking about wideguy. I am really looking forward to the release of YG or AP or whatever its called.

High doses of anabolics are horrible for endurance not to mention lipid profile. Anabolic Pump is great for improving blood lipids which correlate to a healthier body and a healthy feel on life.

I wouldnt say over weight, but could shed some fat for sure. I have a solid base of muscle on me, but would just like to maybe add more, and shed fat. I am going to do the following stack...

Question is this.....Based on my ht & wt, what would u or anyone consider a good number for total calories, saying i want to do a 40/40/20. I am thinking somewhere like 2300 - 2400 cals based on these calculations.

PROTEIN = 1.25 X 205lbs x (4cals) = 1232cals
CARBS = 0.75 x 205lbs x (4cals) = 615cals
FATS = 0.3 X 205lbs x (9cals) = 560cals
----------
~2400 total cals

i need someone to explain to me how bad the leg pumps are. you talk about increases in endurence but cazy pumps can hinder endurence.

i've had nothing but better endurance from yg. infact i've been able to shave some time off my 5k. i just tend to notice more veins, and i don't feel as fatigued overall... more energy if you will.

I just came back from a long walk with a 55lb backpack one (yes I weighed it) and I was fine.
