Cialabol experiment

Hello.

I'll be logging my experience with cialabol (red/white caps). I am presently on a diet/supplement regimen designed by a pro bodybuilder. Our goal is to recomposition me over the next year and a half to get me lean and up to size for a regional level NPC bbing competition in the summer of 2008. Needless to say, I'm not in a position to tweak my diet to accomodate this experiment, so I'll be dosing immediately prior to the 3 meals that contain carbs, not to exceed 3 caps per dose.

Day 1
------
took 3 caps pre-breakfast. after 4 minutes it hit me hard - nausea, lightheaded, shakes. downed a bowl of oats and leveled out pretty good.

as i type this (11:06 am), I have just taken 3 more caps and will remain online until it "hits" me. :blink: ...... :blink: .......
hmm, much milder than this morning. ah-ha!! probably b/c i took it this morning after 40 minutes fasted cardio.

i'll be working out in about 1-2 hours & will report back later.
 
it's awesome stuff, i'm on a powerfull/cialabol stack right now and i'm down 6lbs and way stronger :)

i just worked tri's, and wow, crazy pump. i typically get great pumps (with or without added supps) but this was beyond what i've been experiencing. i don't know if i was imagining it, but it looked like i could see where the heads overlapped. i really look forward to taking this stuff tomorrow for my back workout.

i had a PR on close grip bench press, up 10lbs for 10 reps, then up 20 for 4, 3. interesting.

and you say it gets better the more you use it??? and you have an improved formula???

i hope it sucks up some fat. chaps, your results make me optimistic in that regard.
 
Day 2-3

Day 2
------
dosed 3/3/2...... late night sweet cheat (doh!, fortunately a very rare occurrance), so i took 3 to hopefully pull the sugar to the right places :twisted:

trained back/calves. nothing out of the ordinary to report. pump was good, yet typical. first two exercises progressive weight, but that seemed to kill the rest of the workout strength-wise. was a bit on the run-down side going into the workout, and never really perked up.


Day 3

Stats:
weight: 157-158
bf%: ~17%
waist: 31" (morning)
arms: 13.5"
quads: 23.75"
calves: 15.25"


Sometime over the next week, I'll be adding in another supplement which will be run for approx. 12 weeks. With the addition of that variable, the main thing I will be looking for in terms of what the cialabol can do is in regard to effect on nutrient partitioning & fat loss, muscle fullness. However, after the ~12 weeks, I plan on doing a powerfull/cialabol stack and will log that as well. I have used powerfull before (and loved the hell out of it), so I'm looking forward to trying that stack out.


(I'll be keeping my camera handy for when I can get someone to take a few pics for me to post)


edit: just wanted to add that I haven't had the hypo effects anywhere near like that first morning.
 
Day 4

yesterday was day 4

dosed: 3/3/3

a.m. cardio, trained chest/bi's early evening

outstanding workout. progressive in either weight or reps on nearly all exercises. biceps pump was incredible. not sure how to word this but.... my ability to force my muscles to contract was definitely enhanced (mind-muscle connection?). could feel more of the muscle contracting for each rep, especially toward the end of each set. endurance was excellent. intensity was through the roof despite being under more mental stress than usual all day which felt like it was draining me (self-imposed. worry is so useless.)

when i left the gym, i felt like my body was in shock from the workout. that feeling stayed with me all night. it just wanted to recover. i WILL grow from that workout.

next up is legs...probably will work early a.m. wednesday.

Day 5 (today), was a.m. cardio, no lifting. (for anyone whose followed my past log, i have finally learned the benefit of rest days)

ahhhhhhhh is what the body screams on rest day but the mind is saying work work work! The mind is a stuborn creature. I understand.
 
Day 5

dosing: 3/3/3

trained legs, calves. very good workout. on par in terms of progress in reps/weight. in other words, it was a progressive workout, but nothing exceptional there.

what did standout was how tight my calves got. move over greg valentino, here comes the girl with exploding calves. at least that's how it felt - pumped solid.

overall, a successful workout, spent, shaky legs, still aching.


on a side note: although i have been making great progress in terms of strength & size, i am finding that i need more rest days. lately my body's been asking for a one day on/one day off split. i guess that makes sense: doing greater damage in the gym, therefore needing more recovery.

USP, the mind is indeed a stubborn creature. good thing we can learn to put it to good use...making it stubborn in productive directions.

Chaps, yeah, i am really looking forward to trying the powerful stacked with cialabol.
 
I'm planning to order up some cialabol tomorrow. I will be following this log very closely. I can't wait to see the great results!

okay, first off, let me admit that today was supposed to be only cardio. :run: but i got off of work early and figured, why not go for it?!
strength was on par for all of the exercises that i've been doing. i tried a couple "least favorite" pressing movements which i really need to work on to get my strength up. ego, go home!

good pump & endurance. over the past few days i'm noticing that my ability to will my muscles to contract is increasing. i can feel more of the fibers contracting.

the most noticable thing since i've been taking cialabol is there is a much deeper feeling of aching burn which lingers for hours. (this has happened for my last 2 workouts) it's a sensation that i've had to sleep off for it to go away.

after debating back and forth on this for awhile, i've decided to hold off on the "cialabol experiment" until it can be a truer "experiment." i have too many variables flowing through me right now to really be able to give this product the log it deserves.

i'll be back in a few months and will do a better log.

...powerfull, cialabol, xfactor... coming to a forum near you.
 
I'm 3.5 weeks in and i'm down 7lbs and a good bit stronger, i'm actually pushing my cycle back a couple months to see how much more i can progress naturally.
