Hey guys ive been away from training for a while and looking for some suggestions. Im trying to lean out while getting as strong as possible. Can you guys point me in the right directions of a training program that would fit? Going to get some supps when i get my taxes back too. Im excited for this!
 
I did a modified version of it that got me swole a few years back.

GVT is awesome.

Anyway, OP, what exactly are your goals? Something specific please. What do you wanna accomplish? Like a bodyweight? Or a lift?
1.5 years ago i was 215 benching 365 squat 455 deadlift 515 and was pretty lean with a 6 pack. Want to get back there. Havent tested out my maxes yet since starting to lift regularly again about a month ago but not nearly as strong as i was. Thats pretty much it. Im keeping a log on here too if you want to check it out.
